Silent Sports – Monthly Credit Draw

OFFICIAL RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary
The Silent Sports Bike Contest (the “Contest”) begins on April 16th, 2005.and Silent Sports reserves the right to discontinue the draw without notice.

2. How to Play

No purchase is necessary, just fill out a ballot at the Silent Sports Location, or subscribe online at www.silentsports.com. Ballots that do not include a valid e-mail address will be disqualified.

Ballots will be added to the internal email mailing list where one name will be drawn at the last day of each month. Multiple entries do not increase chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

3. Prizes/Odds of Winning:

One winner will be selected every month. No prize substitutions will be allowed. Prize must be accepted as awarded or prize will be forfeited. Chances of winning depend on total number of eligible entries on the mailing list.

4. Prize Redemption

Sweepstakes Prize: A random draw will be held on the last day of each month, (“Draw Date”) by an independent judging organization from among all eligible Mailing list entries. In order to win, the selected entrant must provide a confirmation code which will be sent to them via email, also the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The selected entrant will be required to sign the Contest Sponsor’s form of publicity release and another release confirming acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing the Contest Sponsor, and others named in the release, from all liability. The selected entrant will be notified by e-mail on the Draw Date. If (a) a selected entrant cannot be reached after a reasonable effort to do so has been made; or (b) Contest Sponsor determines that the selected entrant is ineligible according to the official rules; or (c) the selected entrant does not comply with the official rules; or (d) his/her prize, or prize notification, is returned to the Contest Sponsor as being undeliverable, that selected entrant will be disqualified.

5. This Contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States of America (except the Province of Quebec) who are over the age of 13 (thirteen), except employees (and any persons with whom they are domiciled) of Silent Sports, and the independent judging organization.

6. Correspondence and Communication: All correspondence and communication with entrants in connection with this Contest will be by email or telephone except as otherwise noted. Entrants agree to abide by the official rules. The decision of the independent judging organization shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

7. By participating in this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture (both moving and still) or likeness, without compensation, for promotional and/or publicity purposes as determined by the Contest Sponsor. The winner (by accepting their prizes), will agree to release the Contest Sponsor, its assignees, affiliates and associates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or lost persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, entry for or use of a prize.

8. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of this contest, or terminate it, at any time, without liability on the part of Contest Sponsor, and without prior notice. Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or membership entry to be received by Contest Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from any material in the promotion.

9. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, such as, but not limited to, reproducing, mutilating, forging or tampering with any of the Contest materials in any way not authorized by the Contest Sponsor is a violation of criminal and civil laws and will automatically void an entry. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. No more than the number of prizes stated in these official rules will be awarded.
