This review is long overdue since we had been dealing with Silent Sports for years. They helped us to start windsurfing and SUPing on the best possible gear and we've never looked back. Years later we know all of them by name and going to the store is like visiting good friends. They usually have anything you need for your wing, kite, SUP or windsurfer in stock and if not - they will go out of their way to get it for you. And recently we have switched our bikes' service here as well and couldn't be happier. This is a family owned business and feels as such and nowhere else are we happier to spend our money. A sportsman paradise, I was guided by young a man today who very patiently walked me the whole process of purchasing my very first kite and accommodating my request. Kudos to his patience at this young age. Bruce looked like a serious man but was to the point :). Hands down I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great deals and cool human beings.

I've purchased all my windsurfing kits from Silent Sports. The staff are always friendly and professional. In particular, I had a great experience with Simon recently. He took the extra time to go over detailed information and provided a fun, laid back atmosphere, much like a friend. He has a wealth of knowledge
and it certainly helped choose the best selection for my level.

Broke my Chinook boom's tailpiece 4 days before the factory warranty expired (one year). Emailed Silent Sports, talked to Bruce. He asked for pictures and then was on the trail of a replacement tailpiece. Chinook had stock issues but Bruce responded to my requests for updates promptly.
New tailpiece arrived at my home, shipped for free.
I understand that dealing with a warranty claim does not make a store any money and therefore might be a task shelved to the bottom of their to-do list but not so with Silent Sports. These people treated me very well and sent the part to my home at their own expense, all the more impressive with shipping costs these days.
