Silent Sports Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your gear. If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging: Must include all original tags and original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sale items are considered Final Sale.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or special-order items cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

Because we handle returns manually to ensure the best service, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact sales@silentsports.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: You may use Canada Post or any major courier.

Return Shipping Details:

  • Shipping Address: 111 Doncaster Ave, Thornhill, ON, Canada, L3T 1L6.
  • Prepaid Labels: If requested, we can provide a shipping label(s) via email. The cost will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any exchange or refund.

3. Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@silentsports.com so we can prioritize your replacement.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired item separately.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
