Works great in 9-20kts. I find this the easiest of my foils to pump up onto foil with my short 5'1" board, even in extremely light wind it can be done with work.
I find it very nimble, easy to turn and has all stall, lift, pump and glide.

Incredible stability, great glide, and back stall when you need it! I ride in marginal wind, and it's truly a great weapon for light wind!
