We re-engineered our build process around a continuous layering of Biaxial, Unidirectional, and Plain Weave carbon, creating a Carbon Monocoque™ that integrates the mast track, stance area, rails, and bottom into a single cohesive structure—free of excess patches or fillers. Combined with a full S-Glass and Hyper Skin™ full Top & Bottom Sandwich layout, the result is a lighter, stronger board—identical in quality to our Maui customs since 1994.
This is not a Blue Volar, and it does not have centered or entry-level insert options. Slanted Single inserts seamlessly link the Outboard to Inboard footstraps, allowing you to tailor your stance from rail-trimming speed runs to more relaxed inboard freeriding.
